Telling a brighter story of the JPA.
JUVENILE PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION| BRAND IDENTITY & MARKETING
Rejuvenating the JPA brand to reflect their mission to improve the social and emotional well-being of vulnerable children.
JPA is an outreach organization with a long and rich history. Starting at the turn of the 20th century with its founders, Jane Adams, Julia Lathrop and Louise DeKoven Bowen created Hull House in Chicago. The organization has evolved and now concentrates on intervention to improve family life for the benefit of the children.
As JPA evolved its mission and core concentrations, its brand identity no longer represented the organization in a meaningful way. Utilizing silhouetted figures, the adult advocate and the at-risk, are fully realized within a welcoming symbol. The vibrant color palette and brand visual language we established throughout marketing materials, the website and social media further reinforces the optimism of JPA and the good the organization is doing for children throughout Chicago.
